Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication

• Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective account strategies
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Keep updated with industry trends and market developments to provide informed insights to clients
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients on a regular basis
• Handle and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
