- Keep updated with industry trends and market developments to provide informed insights to clients
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients on a regular basis
- Handle and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
