Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Train other workers
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
