Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Determine the cause of any vehicle malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
• Inspect and test vehicles to identify any potential issues and prevent future breakdowns.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues.
• Communicate with clients to explain the necessary repairs and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on vehicles.
• Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve service quality.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the auto shop.
