As a Carpenter at our company, your role is of utmost importance in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our construction projects. You will be responsible for accurately interpreting and following blueprints, as well as using a variety of tools and equipment to construct, repair, and maintain structures made of wood, metal, and other materials. Your precision and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality work that meets safety and industry standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Cut, shape, and join wood, metal, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
• Measure, mark, and arrange building materials according to layout plans
• Inspect and test structures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
• Repair and maintain existing structures by replacing damaged components and making necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with construction managers and other trade workers to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
• Adhere to company and industry best practices and safety regulations at all times
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
