Gulf Operators Ltd is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including drilling and blasting, concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, and aggregate production and sales.

Responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for customers.
- Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
- Ensures a smooth flow of communications with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
- Schedule service and repair appointments.
- Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
- Gather information on vehicle condition from the technicians to inform the customer on recommended services.
- Maintain records of completed service work.
- Act as liaison between customers, technicians, and managers the status of work orders.
- 2-5 years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience in the automotive field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's licenses and a clean driver's abstract.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate with technicians, customers, and management.
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
