Truck Driver

Job Description

WMB Holdings Ltd is looking for a Flatbed Driver to join our team. We specializes in feed commodities with a flatbed division, serving Atlantic Canada and Quebec. WMB was first established in 1993 and has been growing since. Our fleet consist of mostly newer trucks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver loads such as but not limited to: Lumber Silage in the provinces of NL, NS, NB, QC
• Complete daily inspections
• Complete other applicable paperwork
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs
• Adjust straps to safety secure loads and traps is needed as well

Skills and Requirements and Experiences

• Valid Class 1 Drivers License
• Clean Drivers abstract
• Positive attitude
• Experience with b-trains will be an asset, however training will be provided.

Pay Rates

• Mileage pay @ .50/mile
• Flat rate pays such as Load/unload, ferry crossing, layover and extra drops
• Benefits are available if candidates wishes to participate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $5,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Class 1: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 1 Licence (required)
