Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable truck driver to join our team. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another.

 Specific Duties:

• Owner-operator business skills
• Professionalism in customer service
• Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
• Load and unload goods
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Pay and receive payments for goods
• Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Receive and relay information to central dispatch
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting any problems
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Regularly inspecting the bus for the upkeep and maintenance of seats, heating, and other equipment
