As an Administration Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all departments, including scheduling and organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and filed for easy retrieval
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, organizing new hire paperwork, and scheduling interviews
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating with vendors
• Contribute to the overall positive and professional image of the company by providing excellent customer service
