Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
-Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
Experience:
- Experience in Social Media platforms and management
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) for document creation and collaboration

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charlottetown, PE C1A 4B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
