Reporting to the Deputy Head, Fund of Funds Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company in Financial Services.



You Will:

• Reconcile, validate and book FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review/book daily cash transactions of clients that are under the target operating model.
• Work collaboratively with Client Service team in the Hedge Fund trade execution process to create efficiencies and reduce processing time.
• Perform investment quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
• Work to address FOF trade related enquiries and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.

• Data capture and entry of all pricing inputs into proprietary pricing platform received from various sources (3rd party emails and websites from underlying sub-funds or their administrators).

• Liaise with client service teams and external price providers on pricing related matters.

• Daily exception reporting of all pricing data to ensure completeness.
  
  

You Have:

• University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Experience with accounting and valuation of complex instruments;
• Experience in the use of computerized portfolio fund accounting packages and shareholder systems is value added
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
