Jobeyze Limited, doing business as Jobeyze Canada (“Jobeyze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), S.C. 2010, c. 23, and all applicable anti-spam laws. This policy explains how we handle commercial electronic messages (CEMs) and your rights regarding the communications you receive from us.

1. What Is CASL?

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) is a federal law that regulates the sending of commercial electronic messages, including emails, text messages, and certain social media communications. CASL requires organizations to obtain consent before sending CEMs, clearly identify the sender, and provide a functional unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

2. Our Commitment

Jobeyze is committed to the following principles in all electronic communications:

  • Consent: We only send commercial electronic messages to individuals who have provided express or implied consent as defined by CASL.
  • Identification: Every commercial message we send clearly identifies Jobeyze Limited as the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and provides valid contact information.
  • Unsubscribe: Every commercial message includes a clear, prominently placed, and functional unsubscribe mechanism that is processed within 10 business days.
  • Accuracy: We do not use false or misleading subject lines, sender names, or header information.
  • Record Keeping: We maintain records of consent for all recipients, including the date, method, and purpose of consent.

3. Types of Consent

Express Consent is obtained when you actively opt in to receive communications from us — for example, by checking a consent box during account registration, submitting a demo request form, or subscribing to our newsletter. Express consent does not expire unless you withdraw it.

Implied Consent may exist when you have an existing business relationship with us, such as having purchased a product or service within the past two years, or having made an inquiry within the past six months. Implied consent is time-limited as prescribed by CASL.

4. What We Send

Commercial electronic messages from Jobeyze may include:

  • Product updates and feature announcements
  • Service notifications and account-related communications
  • Educational content, industry insights, and best practices
  • Promotional offers and event invitations
  • Satisfaction surveys and feedback requests

Transactional and service messages — such as password resets, security alerts, billing confirmations, and system notifications — are not considered commercial electronic messages under CASL and may be sent without prior consent.

5. How to Unsubscribe

You may withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of any commercial email
  • Emailing us at support@jobeyze.ca with the subject line “Unsubscribe”

All unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days. You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing consent.

6. Third-Party Communications

Jobeyze does not sell, rent, or share your email address or contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not send commercial electronic messages on behalf of third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received an unsolicited commercial electronic message from Jobeyze in violation of CASL, please report it to support@jobeyze.ca. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may also file a complaint with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) at fightspam.gc.ca.
