In a typical day, you are accountable for: Food preparation and quality Clean preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils Operate large-volume cooking equipment Cook food according to requirements for quality and quantity Requirements: 1-2 years as a baker or a bakery background as an asset Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, days, hours; including weekends and overnights On-the-job training is provided Panera Bread is a proud franchise that is part of the FMI family!
