• Ensure all Sunbury New Canadian Drivers and their families' pre-settlement requirements are gathered;
• Communicate, clarify, and answer questions pertaining to the relocation process;
• Ensure a positive, seamless arrival to Saint John, which includes travel, transportation, accommodations, and all other associated details;
• Assist employees with settlement: obtaining social insurance number(s), healthcare coverage, introduction to newcomers center, emergency services and other;
• Work with TransCanada College to prepare schedule, monitor progress, track payments and other;
• Manage candidate reimbursements and deductions;
• Ensure all Sunbury accommodations are properly maintained;
• Budget and track expenses;
• Gather feedback from relocated foreign workers and action if improvements are needed;
• Works closely with Driver Experience Specialist to coordinate all drivers classroom orientations and driver training administration;
• Work closely with RST and Sunbury Talent Acquisition Specialist to support all recruitment events;
• Supports all driver engagement activities as required.

• Undergraduate Degree. 1-2 years in human resources or immigration;
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times;
• Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to approach challenging issues and propose/implement solutions;
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks;
• Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, team oriented environment;
• Actively seek opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures.
