The Heights Brow + Beauty Bar - A sister Company of Integrated Functional Health is opening in February 2024. This beautiful new location boasts floor to ceiling windows in the brow and lash room, one private treatment room and a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Tech. to perform the following services: - Apply various lash sets including but not limited to: Russian, Mega volume, Classic and Hybrid sets and fills. -Perform lash lift and tint services - Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Conduct consultations and educate clients on caring for their lashes and brows - Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the guest experience - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with front desk duties as needed, answering the phones, assist in scheduling appointments and checking in guests - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences -Brow training is an asset however not mandatory Requirements: - Proven experience in performing lash services - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to each client - Ability to upsell products and services to maximize revenue - Knowledge of lash products and their benefits - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance Salary: $30.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Tips Experience: lashing: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
