Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator - NAKAI Moncton

NAKAI Spa Salon Studio is seeking a Bilingual Guest Care Advisor (Front Desk Reception) to work at our busy Moncton location.

NAKAI Moncton is a luxury Spa and Hair Salon located at 48 Bonaccord St. NAKAI Moncton opened in 2006 and has been winning the hearts of guests and the acclaim of the industry ever since. It is owned and operated by the same Group that owns NAKAI Saint John.

The position is a great opportunity for a professional with great organization and leadership skills who thrives as a team player and is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a spa/salon/retail environment. Successful Candidates will be goal oriented, flexible, reliable, learning-minded, passionate, and able to work days, evenings and weekends. Our NAKAI team consists of professional and caring individuals who create a fantastic culture.

The successful candidate is/has:

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills - in person, over the phone, by email and via social media
  • Able to solve minor issues/problems on the spot without escalation with the best interest of the Guest, Team Member and Business in mind
  • Able to coordinate a team of diverse individuals in the absence of management
  • In possession of strong organization skills
  • Excited to be a billboard for NAKAI and all the services it provides
  • Able to spend entire shift standing
  • Confident in computer skills
  • Sales and Goal oriented
  • Bilingual in English and French would be a strong asset
  • Aveda knowledge would be an asset (but we will train)
