Job Summary

The incumbent applies their specialized knowledge in the collection, management, analysis and interpretation of various human resources data in order to provide advanced analyses supporting the Network's Human Resources team in making evidence-based decisions. Compiles and standardizes human resources data and ensures that our processes generate quality data. Also participates in initiatives to improve our human resources data collection processes, design new measures and automate internal reports.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in statistics, analytics, administration or a related field;
• Minimum three years' experience in data validation, analysis and interpretation in a similar role;
• Practical data modelling experience;
• Human resources experience a considerable asset;
• A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered;
• Advanced skills using MS Excel and Power BI and demonstrated expertise working with databases and other analytical and computing tools;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• Problem-solving initiative and creativity;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to frequent and last-minute changes;
• Good skills in all aspects of communication (reading, writing, speaking);
• Ability to work independently and as a team member;
• Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
• Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
• Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalit̩ Health Network.
  
  

Written and spoken competence in English and in French are required.
