Bayshore is looking for a client intake specialist to join our amazing team. As the first point of contact for clients and funders, the client intake specialist requires strong customer service skills. This important customer service role is responsible for using Microsoft Office tools and Bayshore’s Client Record Management system to manage all client referrals and maintain up to date referral information provided by funders.

Job Qualification
Education
Minimum - Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a recognized Program, such as Medical Office Assistant, and/or a Medical Terminology course is preferred.
Experience
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
