Mobile Water Services Sales Manager

As Mobile Water Services Sales Manager for the BENELUX region, you will be the driving force behind business growth and pipeline development for our Mobile Water Services. This is a hunter's role—perfect for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on new business development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities in the Industrial and Municipal water sectors across the BENELUX region
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of emergency, planned, and multi-year service contracts with new and existing customers
• Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers and technical influencers, positioning yourself as the go-to expert for mobile water solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Commercial Operations, Technical Centers of Excellence, and other Veolia business units to deliver competitive, sustainable solutions
• Meet or exceed growth targets while ensuring all commercial deals align with company profitability expectations
• Forecast accurately using Salesforce and sound account management principles
• Stay ahead of market trends by identifying legislative changes and industry shifts that create opportunities for our solution portfolio
• Support campaigns and gather market intelligence to inform strategy and product development

This role offers frequent contact with international team members and requires you to be a strategic thinker who can navigate complex customer organizations and technical environments.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline; business qualifications (e.g., MBA) are valued
• Minimum 5 years' experience selling solutions-based services to industrial or water sector customers, including complex contracts and negotiations
• Proven track record in bid preparation and contract negotiation
• Fluent English (written and oral) and Dutch language skills
• Full driving license
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with strong influencing and team-building capabilities
• Demonstrated success in complex, relationship-driven business environments
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with senior industrial leaders and top management
• Willingness to travel regularly within the BENELUX region and across Europe

Desirable Qualifications:

• Advanced Sales Training Courses or professional sales certifications
• French language skills (valuable for the BENELUX market)
• Understanding of water technologies, pipework sizing, flange types, valve types, and general water system engineering principles
• Expertise in water treatment for industrial and/or municipal sectors
• Experience with digital monitoring solutions
