Job Description

Within various clinical settings, explores the concepts of wellness, health, and illness within the framework of primary health care.A Bachelor Degree or higher in Nursing and active registration with the Nurses Associate of New Brunswick is required; current CPR-HCP (also accept BLS for Healthcare Providers). recent relevant clinical experience in long term care nursing is preferred. Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.Clinical dates may vary within the term and will be discussed with incumbent. Number of days for clinical time will be calculated to include clinical days and time for evaluation/preparation. Total days/hours will vary depending on group numbers. Number of positions available is dependent upon final class enrolment. You will be required to meet Horizon Health Network placement requirements which may include Criminal Record Check, Immunization requirements and online orientation modules.There are 2 positions available for long term care.
