We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple contracts across Northern Manitoba, lead high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business. Reporting to the District Manager (or Regional Operations Director), the Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for overseeing portfolios for a specific region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and execute the strategic vision of the Senior Leadership Team. Operations Managers foster long term relationships by delivering operational excellence to meet client and customer needs. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. The OM also provides direction and expertise to the region by promoting corporate strategies and best practices aligned with our Vision and Values.

Operations Managers work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/1 week off, which may change on occasion due to operations needs. Site locations are in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site, or via ground on our shuttle. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.
