Prep'n Sell – Vancouver Island Description: Independent Organizers/Stagers/Designers required for occasional contract-basis projects. Prep'n Sell is a general contracting company in the home renovations business. We provide a 'One Call Does It All' service for our clients. We are currently looking for skilled organizers/stagers/designers with experience in: organizing, decluttering, packing, decorating & staging. majority of projects will involve editing people's belongings, then rearranging existing furniture & accessories to improve flow & show homes in the best possible light - must be skilled in repurposing & rearranging customers' own items! occasional projects may involve furniture/accessory/decor rentals. people needed for all areas from Ladysmith to Qualicum. Requirements: you are an independent contractor and invoice us for your work. provide own unmarked transportation and well-maintained tools. skilled, quality work, agree to honour our 1-year warranty on the work you provide. take direction from us & do what needs to be done. take appropriate care to protect the client's property & prevent problems before they happen. keep a clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job. reliable, punctual, professional, courteous manner while at the job site. take pride in excellent work done. recognition that customer satisfaction is the absolute priority.
