Are you a Product Information Analyst looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Product Information AnalystStart: ASAPEstimated length: 12 monthsLocation: MississaugaHybrid remote work, 2-3 days a week onsiteAdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.ResponsibilitiesSubject Matter expert in PIM system – deep understanding of the implementation of the platform and its applicability to business outcomes.Conduct Internal Associate training as required and will support technical questions from all PIM stakeholdersProvide Level 1 Support for the application and perform troubleshooting steps to replicate the issues user faces and determine root causeProvide UAT support, guidance and feedback to ensure all system enhancements adhere to business needs.Qualifications1-2 years of experienceExperience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office ProductsInterpersonal skills as training others in the system will be a key requirementAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyTechnical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.Nice to Haves:Experience with JIRA ticketing system an assetExperience with ServiceNow ticketing system an assetAbility to perform basic SQL queries is an assetSummaryDo you have this experience?
