What You Will Do

As a member of the Head office support team, the Property Administrator plays a vital part in the behind-the-scenes management of the Paramount Management portfolio. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for administrative wizardry, you?Ϋͺll be a smooth operator of the tenant life cycle, both residential and commercial tenants alike.


  • Data entry in property management software
  • Commercial Lease documentation and support
  • Residential Tenancy documents and compliance
  • Accounts Receivable duties
  • Manage and update templates
  • Monthly report generation
  • Training and support to on-site building staff

What You Bring to the Table

  • Dynamic administrative support style

  • Experience in a property management setting
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Computer wizardry with MS Outlook, Word/Excel and property management software
  • Detail-oriented dynamo
  • Organization and multi-tasking
  • Guardian of confidentiality, wielding tact and discretion
  • Handle conflicts and concerns with diplomacy

Work Environment


Primarily Office your command center will consist of Dual Monitors, sit-stand desk. Generally, work during regular office hours.
