We are looking for a passionate brand advocate, beauty industry expert, and creative problem solver. The person should be strong in Education, sales driven to help grow the business in Edmonton, and hyper-focused on brand initiatives and building brand love and awareness.Please note that this is a part-time position.What YOU’ll do:Responsible for meeting Daily Sales GoalsEnsure brand image and operational standards are metCommunicate merchandising and stock issues to SDRecap Field Sales Manager after each visitDrive brand recognition, awareness and loyalty by developing and maintaining relationships with Sephora leadership and BA’sTraining Sephora BA’s on new launchesSeeking out clients in storeMinimum 3 years cosmetic experienceWe’d like YOU to have:Strong selling and Makeup artistry skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeOutgoing, fun, energetic personalityFlexible schedule - not required to work every weekendExcellent oral, written and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-orientedEnergetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spiritPositive, professional and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
