Recruitment Specialist

Transline Group is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our fabulous team in our NEW Brampton office. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be based out of our newBrampton office conveniently located at Airport and Steeles.
Previous experience in high volume recruitment, candidate sourcing talent sourcing, or Human Resources administration are welcomed, and recruitment training will be provided.
As a Recruitment Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Using your creativity to source, interview and hire new employees to work at our client company
• Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure appropriate service levels at all times
• advertise, screen, and select qualified persons for out client and conduct all compliance related activities prior to placement
• Communicate effectively and often with Account Managers, Operations Manager and Shift Coordinators to achieve operational excellence, 100% order fulfillment and excellent customer service
• Schedule job fairs and build relationships with community leaders to enhance candidate attraction and experience
• Think outside of the box and be resourceful in finding new ways to attract talent to meet our demands and requirements

Qualifications

What do we need from you?
You should have a high level of customer service and have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. An interest in recruitment and talent acquisition as primary Human Resources functions would be great and previous experience is welcomed, but isn’t always necessary!
