Whether it's providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we're here to help with every step of the way! As our Inside Architectural Sales Representative you will: Deliver business results by building Spectrum, Bobrick and Pressalit brands in Canada; Understand competition’s products with their specifiable differences and pricing; Understand and provide quantity take-offs on architectural drawings; Quickly learn about our locker brand and products to have ability to explain and articulate these systems accordingly while speaking with a range of professionals, architects, contractors and installers; Provide support to our outside sales representatives with estimating and technical support; Become the expert and the go to person for all technical product information; Use specifications, drawings and related inputs to determine pricing for Spectrum Lockers Negotiate and apply discounts to distributor’s quotations; Liaise with product distributors and manufacturers to establish and build relationships; Follow up on quotations to secure jobs; Collaborate with marketing to develop best in class marketing tools. As our Inside Architectural Sales Representative , you must have: A college diploma / university degree in Architecture or related field is preferred; 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry; The ability to interpret construction documents and specifications, knowledge of local Building Codes; An understanding of construction bidding and tender process, as well as an overall knowledge of architectural products; Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word; Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as a team member; Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment; Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or equivalent is considered an asset; Prior customer service is considered an asset.
