Position: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Fredericton, NBDuration: 12 Months Contract + Possible ExtensionMandatory RequirementsA University bachelors level degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Recent and relevant experience in a Senior Project Manager roleProject Management experience in the digital health / eHealth space in a Canadian jurisdictionIM/IT experienceScored Requirements:Demonstrated experience with technology projects in the eHealth space preference given for this experience having been obtained in the role of Project ManagerStrong skills and experience in communication planning, coordination and implementation including presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large, complex projects that cross multiple business units and organizations (more than 4 or 5), involve multiple direct project participants (more than 15), operate for an extended period (more than 1 year), and involve addressing business transformation and technical issues.Demonstrated experience in specific project execution activities including issue/risk management, change control, implementation, and transition.Demonstrated experience as a lead business analyst in eHealth or in a healthcare setting in a Canadian jurisdiction related to both project and operations work. Experts and stakeholders, resulting in clear and concise business requirements. Demonstrated experience in documenting workflows, business processes, standard operating procedures.Experience and demonstrated capability in overseeing a team of specialists on information technology development projects.Demonstrated experience with interprovincial initiatives.Demonstrated experience in a shared service environment.Recognized Project Management certification.Ability to travel for face-to-face meetings occasionally. Preference will be given to candidates who can travel, as required.
