Spa Receptionist

Job Description

J'adore Nails Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. This is a Full-Time position with work hours varying between 40-42 hours per week.

Primary Duties Include But Not Limited To

General Reception and clerical work.
Completing daily opening and closing duties.
Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients.
Interact with clients and salon staff in a professional manner.
Assisting staff with setup when needed.
Resolve clients' concerns or complaints professionally.
Answering phones, and responding to daily emails, inquiries, and voice messages.
Booking appointments and reservations via phone, in person, or by email.
Processing sales via debit/credit card payments.
Calculating daily sales receipts/transactions.
Updating and organizing inventory.
Be knowledgeable of all services and treatments offered by J’adore Nails Salon & Spa.
Assist in spa cleaning and organization of all areas of the salon.
Assist with social media postings.
Able to work shifts from Mondays – Saturdays.
Access to reliable transportation.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Point of Sale, and Online Booking applications.
