Job Description

Technical Sales Support Administrators partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, contractor sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers’ problems.

We are looking to expand our team with experienced Technical Sales Support Administrator for our Industrial Commercial Supplies location at – 55 Trinity Drive, Moncton, NB.

What will you do:

Responsible for gathering, organizing, verifying, and distributing data
Advise sales associates based on relevant information gathered
Collaborate with sales associates to assist them in sales completion, estimation, and updating Numerics via excel
Will have a continuing role in customer support to address clients’ issues in the usage of organizational products/ services
Possess a general knowledge of commercial products acquired through experience and/or onsite training

What you will bring:

Experience in an administrative environment would be considered an asset
Can work independently with general supervision

The ability to solve difficult, but not complex problems autonomously
Excellent communication and team player
Organized and can manage multiple projects
Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs
Follows specific and detailed instruction regarding data collection and input
Knowledge of building materials, and the construction process will be considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication (bilingualism would be considered an asset)
