As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our IS/IT team, reporting directly to the VP of IS/IT. You'll be responsible for investigating moderate and complex technical issues, ensuring the validity of the problems, and providing top-notch solutions. Your primary focus will be delivering first-level technical and application support to our talented StarFish employees. Location Victoria, BC Salary range $64,500 CAD - $82,100 CAD for this position. Annual variable compensation tied to goal completion targets up to 5% of the base salary. Employees are also eligible to earn profit sharing.
