Job Description

SJFX is looking for a dedicated cook/baker to be a valued team member in our busy kitchen. With our changing daily features you will always be cooking something new and fresh. We are looking for someone creative and fun to join our fast-paced kitchen team

What you'll do:

Prepping ingredients for service
Participate in maintenance for food storage and inventory control
Ensuring food quality is at the highest standards
Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations
Baking in house desserts for restaurant

Who you are:

2+ years experience in a similar role
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients equipment, and procedures
Self-motivated problem solver with proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to interact with staff of all types of team members with a positive demeanour
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while always maintaining a sense of humour and appearing calm
Ability to work a flexible schedule
