Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch service, and we are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant at Best Western Plus Bathurst Hotel & Suites.

Position Overview:

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day on a positive note by providing a delightful breakfast experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the breakfast area, restocking food items, and ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet in accordance with brand standards.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or replenishment needs to the management team.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food items and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Server
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Speak and understand English and Canadian French.

Salary: From $15.18 per hour
