True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program, has immediate full-time positions for Fish Processing Plant Workers at our Charlottetown, PE facility.

The Role

Requirements

Successful candidates will join an existing production crew which is responsible for the production process requirements as well as cleaning of processing equipment and the processing facility. Duties will include:

• Cutting, processing and packaging fish products according to specifications
• Checking products and packaging for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
• Performing corrective adjustments as required
  
  

This position requires standing for long periods of time using hand tools. A general understanding of the processing line is considered an asset; however, on the job training is available
