Receptionist

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Assist with laundry and housekeeping
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems effectively
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to creating a positive experience for our visitors and clients. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 ??? 35 per week
