As a company, we work with everyone from major label artists, to independent record labels, to music marketing companies to aspiring artists, and everything in-between. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Musician Guidance. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and driving new business through LinkedIn & email outreach. You will play a critical role in helping artists achieve their goals and build successful careers in the music industry. You will predominantly be reaching out to executives of other music businesses (ie. Record labels, recording studios, music PR companies, etc), via LinkedIn, setting up calls with them, and meeting over Zoom, to share potential collaboration opportunities. You Have: Sales experience (1 year) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven time management skills Self-motivated and results-driven A passion for the music industry You Will: Drive new business through LinkedIn, email, & Zoom meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Contribute to the overall growth and success of Musician Guidance by providing valuable feedback and insights on the sales process and client needs Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and recurring business Convert prospects into new business by effectively communicating the value proposition of Musician Guidance Work Perks: Work from home (remote) Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commission Pick your hours Free membership to Musician Guidance Please note: This is a 100% commission-based position.
