Job Title: Remote Sales Representative Company Overview: Make It EZ Cleaning is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.) to book appointments for sales demonstrations. Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, appointments, and sales activities. Engage in SMS messaging campaigns to follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion. Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote setting. Proficient in using CRM software and comfortable with technology for remote communication (laptop, internet connection, smartphone). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques.
