Job Description

Responsibilities: - Perform various home renovation tasks, including but not limited to remodeling, cabinet installation, plastering, concrete finishing, roofing, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, glass installation, tile laying, and restoration. - Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation needs and provide expert advice on design and materials. - Ensure that all renovation projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeline and budget. - Coordinate with subcontractors and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Home Renovations Contractor or in a similar role. - Proficient in a wide range of home renovation tasks such as remodeling, cabinet installation, plastering, concrete finishing, roofing, blueprint reading, trim carpentry, glass installation, tile laying, and restoration. - Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and subcontractors. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
