Experienced Sous Chef looking to position themselves for growth. Strong restaurant and banquet experience. Fine dining with a passion for fresh/local ingredient. Ability to shift and adjust to demand quickly. Experience managing diverse teams .and working in multiple outlets.

Job Requirements

• Proven success as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or lead cook in a high-volume restaurant or resort restaurant
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, , and service
• Proven ability to develop team
• Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
• Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression

This position is from May until mid-October with an opportunity to work at one of our year round properties in the winter months, if desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 ??? 48 per week
